Graduation day & 15th year anniversary celebrations — (05/14/2022)

Please be reminded that our school’s graduation & 15th year anniversary celebration is on May 14, 2022 at Lew Howard Park, 7001 Baldwin Dam Rd, Folsom, CA.
All students are requested to wear our school’s 15th year anniversary T-shirts to the event. If you have not picked up your T-shirts yet, please reach out to the school Principal.
Please check-in using your Eventbrite reservation & collect the lunch tickets with the food coordinators (Swaminathan, Balamurugan, & Kannappan) as you enter the event. All lunch tickets will be entered into a raffle that’ll be drawn during the carnival event.
High-level event timeline:
8:00 AM – Volunteers arrive
9:30 AM onwards – Event gathering, registration, collection of lunch ticket coupons.
9:45-11:45 AM – Carnival, lucky draw, prizes
11:45 AM-12:45 PM – Lunch
12:45 PM – Student seating for Graduation
1:00 – 3:30 PM – Graduation event (8th grade graduation will kick-off the proceedings)
3:00 – 3:30 PM – snacks/tea
Parking: Limited parking is available at the park. So, if possible please carpool. And please don’t park in no parking zones. In case parking is not available at the park, residential street parking is available at Foxridge Dr, Simmons Way, and Woodview Dr. We may have volunteer shuttle service from the intersection of Baldwin Dam Rd/Simmons Way to the park entrance at certain times.
Graduation day lunch: Boxed Indian lunch will be provided for those that registered for the lunch. Though we have specifically asked for the restaurant to avoid nuts, parents are asked to watch out for any food allergies, just in case. If there are any changes to your participation, please update your reservation at https://sta15.eventbrite.com.
